Registration for the Solutions Program is a 3-step process:
Step 1: Complete the Online Registration Form.
Note: It is important that individuals listed as Local Emergency Pick-up people are available for pick-up in case of an emergency. At least one local pick-up person other than a parent/guardian is required that is in Franklin or within 15 minutes of the school.
Step 2: If you are a new family to the program, the Solutions Program Office will contact you to schedule a New Family Intake meeting.
Step 3: Solutions Staff will finalize registration.
The program accommodates as many families as possible; however, slots are filled on a first-come, first -served basis. Solutions maintains a small student-to-staff ratio; available space dictates program size. Certain days of the week may close before Fall Registration ends.
Fall Registration ends on August 1, 2018.
All registrations and schedule changes are due on or before August 1, 2018. We cannot accept schedule changes between August 2nd and the first week of school.
Schedule changes may be submitted in writing during the first week of school and will be effective October 1, 2018. All schedule changes made after the first week of school must be submitted in writing at least 30 days in advance.
Only 1 (one) change of schedule will be permitted after the registration deadline. Any further schedule changes will incur a $25.00 change of schedule fee. All requests for a change of schedule must be made in writing and cannot be guaranteed.
Solutions opens on the first day of school for students entering grades 1-7. Solutions for Kindergarten students will begin on the first day that all Kindergarten students are present.
- Students registering after the registration deadline will be admitted to the program, provided there is availability and will be subject to a late start date.
